We appreciate that time is of the essence, so we rarely keep you waiting. In order to give this level of service, please respect your appointment time, otherwise your booked treatment cannot be guaranteed and the treatment still need to be paid in full.. We request 24 hours’ notice if the treatment need to be reschedule or cancelled. If we do not receive the required notice a 100% charge of your treatment will be charged.
